About
Two decades on brand films and cap tables. Different crafts, same discipline: building things people can trust.
Attorney by training, operator by habit. I started in litigation at one of the largest law firms in the world, then moved to a small labor law firm, grew the business, and made named partner in under five years. After that I spent ten years building creative and media companies, including an Inc. 500 agency. Now I design the legal and technical structure that lets new systems hold up in the real world.
